Rejection
A time that someone may feel rejected by others is not letting that person sit at their lunch table. When the person gets rejected from the table they would probably think what is wrong with them. Or why do the other people not accept me for who I am, but my advice for that person would be to forget about those people whom do not let them sit at the table. Do not change for anyone no matter what, the right group of friends will be found sooner or later. The person that gets rejected should not get upset because who cares what those other people think. Their opinion is only right if the rejected person believes it.

The Elements
In the novel Frankenstein I think the best element is atmosphere. I believe that atmosphere is the most effective because Mary Shelley knows how to really set the scene in the novel. For example when Victor was about to bring the Monster to life she set the scene as a dark stormy night that painted a vivid picture in the readers mind. With this atmosphere the whole chapter was erie and there was a suspense present while reading this chapter. The other two elements are effective but I personally feel like if the atmosphere was not set the reading would not be as suspenseful.

Mary Shelley
Mary Shelley's opening to Frankenstein was composed of four letters from Captain Walton. In the letters Captain Walton explains what he is searching for and how his life is going as a Captain on a ship. Then Captain Walton meets a stranger that interests him and Walton and the stranger have many things in common. Then instead of writing stories of his own life Captain Walton decides to start writing stories from the stranger in the strangers point of view. If I were to write my own ghost story I would start my story the same way because the letters gave the reader plenty of background. The letters also gave the reader enough information to know who was telling the story and who the stories point of view it is in.

No Electronic Devices
If I did not have any electronic devices I would probably start a farm. With a farm I can stay busy because I would have to worry about all of the animals on the farm. Some animals that I would have on my farm are ducks, cows, chickens, pigs, and horses. Everyday I would have a daily routine of getting up early making sure all of the animals are fed and watered, then I would have to clean their pens out. Then as my animals are old enough to have babies I would take care of the babies until they are grown and then sell them. Then I would just keep doing this process over and over again until I make a small fortune and then invest my money into a big company that is doing well. After my money is invested and I have a lot of intrest on that investment I will sell it then become a millionaire.

Responsibility
A time that I was given a responsibility that I thought I could not handle was watching my nephew. I thought I could not handle this because watching a two year old is a lot of work. The out come was that it was easier than I thought. It was easier than I thought because I just played video games the whole time. I gave my nephew a controller that did not work. The whole time that I was playing, my nephew thought that he was playing. My nephew was having so much fun and the time that i was watching him went by quickly.

The Time I Forgot
I arrived at my vacation spot and I realized I left behind the my house keys. I could not remember where I had left them they could be on the counter or even in the door. I quickly called my Aunt who had stayed behind. I asked her to go and check the door or on the counter. When she got there the door was wide open and she heard voices inside. My Aunt called the police and went to the neighbors house, so she would not get harmed. As the police arrived to the house two people were walking out of the house with my television. The cops arrested the two people and my t.v. was put back. My Aunt called and told me the story and then told me that my keys were on the counter.

Desperate Measures
A time when my family had to take desperate measures was a year ago my cousin Mike got into a really bad car wreck. When Mike was driving he was hit broad side by a semi-truck. Mike was in the hospital for three weeks and we did not find out about the wreck until he got out of the hospital. When Mike told us about the wreck we drove down to his house in Pennsylvania to check on him. When we got there his house looked like it had been abandoned for a while. A lot of the windows in the house were broken out and there were no tire tracks in the driveway. When we got in the house there was no heat. We went into the room that my cousin was in and the only thing in there was a bed and a heater. Once we saw the conditions that we Mike was living in we knew we had to get him out of the house and move into ours. Currently my cousin is in better health and he moved out of our house.
