Trust Me
The time I had to convince someone of something was when my brothers got a mini bike. They did not care if I rode the mini bike it was my mom who was nervous. My dad had faith in me and figured that I was responsible enough to ride the mini bike with my brothers. I think my mom knew that I could ride it and stay careful, but I think she was realizing that her baby boy was growing up and was becoming more responsible. So to convince my mom that I was mature enough I started doing chores before she would ask me to do them. After school, when I came home instead of waiting till the last minute to get it accomplished I did right as I got home from school. At first my mom thought something was wrong with me because I was doing all of my chores and homework when they were supposed to be done. My mom really did not let me ride the mini bike until I sat down and talked to her about it. She agreed to let me ride the mini bike, but a parent or somebody had to be outside with me at all times.
